Notice is hereby given that the 2025 AGM will be held electronically on 5 December 2025.

Finance
A summary of the financial accounts is available - see attached documents. If you have any questions or concerns about the accounts, please contact any member of the current ISOS Board before 30 November 2025. Their contact details are listed below.

Nominations

  • The term of one current ISOS Board member (Michael Sy) expires in November 2025. Therefore, there will be an election for one new Board member (3-year term) at this year’s AGM.

  • Notice is hereby given that nominations for the vacant position on the ISOS Board will be open from 20 October to 17 November 2025.

  • Voting will take place electronically from 1 to 5 December 2025.


About Nominations

  • Only registered ISOS members can nominate or be nominated. You can register here.

  • Registered ISOS members can self-nominate

  • If nominated by another registered member, the nominee must forward an email indicating acceptance of nomination to the ISOS Board at occupational.science@gmail.com.

  • Nominees must submit a 300-word statement, which will be available to registered ISOS members during the voting period. Statements can be emailed to Rodolfo Morrison, ISOS Co-Chair and Board Member at occupational.science@gmail.com.

About the Board

  • The term of office is 3 years (unless otherwise specified)

  • There is no limit to the number of terms a member can hold a Board position

  • There are 6 members of the Board

  • The position on the Board is an honorary one

  • Once elected, the Board members decide on the roles and responsibilities of each member of the Board

  • Board members hold electronic meetings at least 3 times a year

  • Board members have face-to-face meetings opportunistically, for example, at conferences

  • Ideally, the new Board members will include representatives from different regions around the world to ensure an international perspective

  • Questions about Board activities can be emailed to any member of the current Board

2025 Annual General Meeting
& Call for nominations for the Board

As an incorporated association, ISOS is required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to give members an opportunity to review its financial status and to hold elections, if necessary.
